Heating problem

Searched the forum but not coming up with anything like this, basically my climate control isn't working, no hot air, no cold air no matter what fan speed, any ideas to what it could be? Recently had the alternator changed on it. It's a ph2 182 04 plate, thanks in advance guys! Dunno wether it could be the thermostat or anything?

Very common fault. Will most probably be the heater resistor, theirs a guide to fixing it, have a search in the guide section.

Ok man thanks, has happened in corsas I've owned aswell but the cold air still worked so thought it might of been a different problem to this one, cheers buddy!
