It's all to do with a cars stance. Those car's all have what you may call "Aggressive fitment" with the wheels poking out the arches on stretched rubber. That, combined with lows = a mean and awesome looking car. It's all about the look, f**k practicality.

Think of it this way. You see women going out in short skirts and low cut tops even if its -15 outside. It's all about looking good. (or like a ****)
