Yup he's cut holes in the shock towers to get the car to go lower and the upper wishbones are still hitting the body!

The hooligan in me quite likes the sound of the buddyclub spec 2 though

You do understand what I mean by cut shock towers don't you?

This is what he's done (not the car in question in the pic btw) to get it riding that low.

Think I've gotta do that for the A4. Has a weird top linkage/control arm arrangement at the front. *sigh*.

Ive seen mk2 escorts wit the strut tops coming through the bonnet before for extra travel.

Jason I think you'll need a chassis notch if you want mega lows.

I had a chassis notch on my Bora, but I won't need one on this. There's just nothing in the way of the driveshafts on B5's. However, it's those control arms that want to kill me.

Awesome, the car must handle like a POS. That said, quite liking the sound of the BC system.

I slammed my brothers A4 and didn't account for him being a fat c**t and when he got in it something was scraping. Think it was the driveshaft on the ARB. I couldnt be arsed trying to find out what was wrong though so I just lifted it a little.
