Hi, ive been registed on the forum for a long time now, but i should be move active now.

Been saving for a 172 for a while and now i have the money together so im on the search for one. Hope to have one withing the next couple of weeks, or maybe just after christmas. All depends when i find one

Any tips on what i should be looking for when looking around for a good 172 ?

There's a buying guide on here somewhere, have a search.
The most important things really are that it's had a recent cambelt change, or is cheap enough to cover it, and that it has a thorough service history.
