help!! 480 turbo

i have been thinking of putting a 480 turbo lump in my clio but just wondered if any one has done it and what needs to be done? Any comments appreciated

Malic I think from here done it.
Its a 1.7 liter Renault engine basicaly an RSI with a turbo on it.
