help! A/C not working

A/C not working after jump start, any idea?
No "tick" sound from the A/C pump, No wind comes out.

everything's fine except for this...

Dont ever jump start 172's - my guess is a blown fuse / relay are worst case scenario the UCH control unit

've check the UCH fuse in the passager side already,
there're no blownfuse, is there other place for relay and fuse?
i cant find it in owner's manual...

its actually built into the UCH - you have to replace the complete unit. Have you checked to see if there is a live feed from the wire connecting to the air con control ? does the control unit work ?

i notice that there's some strange noise around the ODO Meter, it sounds like "tik tik tik" it will stop after few second, is it something wrong there?

The noise will be coming from the UCH or the Air con control unit, The UCH is an all in one system and designed to be replaced as a whole if any of its circuity gets damaged

I too have the same problem. The LCD control unit works fine, it's just the fan which isn;t working. Is there a relay for the blower and if so which one?

did u got some strange noise behind that dash too?
i'm going to remove the dash tomorrow and see where's the noise come from...

finally got mine fixed today!
Air con control unit's not working probably, i got this parts for around 100pound included nabour in HK.
