Help! All lights are confused

Hi there, new to the forum. Thought I'd join as I'm now using my 172 daily instead of just as a track toy.
It's been stood for a while so out a new battery on and changed an injector as it was misfiring terribly and it was good as new! Now a xenon light has gone out and other lights have started acting very strangely!

When I brake and have fog lights on, my right indicator also comes on (solid not flashing)

When I reverse and brake my right indicator does the same plus the esp light comes on.

When I indicate and brake the fog light comes on.

Any help would be appreciated, hope it's something simple and its all related so that I don't have to also mess about with the xenons!

could be a sign of the UCH going duff but before you start looking at that check the earths, there is a large earth strap that runs from the gearbox to the body under the passengers side wheel arch, its usually very badly corroded and turned green!! I replaced mine a few weeks ago on my cup with a new one, got it from Halfords for about £2 its for a caravan battery lol, good as new!

b****cks sounds expensive! I'll check the earths first, thinking I might have made the wrong choice of car. Maybe the clio should go back to being a toy haha
