Help - Another fault code

Help... losing the will. Hi, my clio started flagging a P0303 fault (see another thread) which i'm trying to sort out. So far changed plugs, leads and coil pack. Running a tank of fuel with injector cleaner prior to taking the leap and changing the injector(s) which seemed to be improving things.
Tonight when i left work and accelerated upto 70 the Amber EML came on solid (not flashing like the P0303).

Now the car has flagged a P0325 fault aswell. My reader says its 'knock sensor 1 circuit bank 1 or single sensor'. What is one of those? Could this be anything to do with the injector or have i got another fault to try and sort out. Car was running fine until a week and a half ago and then seems to have gone to pot.

Pre cat Lambda sensor, generally they get worse over time, car starts misfiring more and more to the point it almost becomes undriveable

new injector time, piontless using an injector cleaner, the ecu doesn't know if an injector is blocked or not.

change that and doubt the knock code will pop up again.

Thanks for the advice guys but i'm confused.
1) Do i change the injector (or all 4) which will fix the misfire and Knock/bank1 issue, or
2) change the lambda sensor which will fix the Misfire? and Knock/bank1 issue?

and, What is a knock sensor? Apologies but I've not really worked on cars before.

change injector, clear codes, reset adaptions, take it for a good 20-30 mile drive and see how it goes. if you know what you are looking for you can look at live data and that will show you what lambda etc is doing.

if you don't mind the expense wouldn't do any harm to change them all. also bosch suggest lambda changed at 90,000 miles (can't remember exact mileage sorry)

Thanks. will look at doing all 4 and poss the sensor aswell. Car was running great until a week and a half ago. just after I put it up for sale. Had it 6 1/2 years but new family member due in 2 months so have had to buy a bigger car.
