HELP! Central locking button

Earlier today I fitted another HU and wired up the car for my amp and sub... Everything went fine.

Just a moment ago, 2.5 hrs later I went to press the central locking button to let a passenger in, and nothing happened!!

I've checked all of the fuses, and they're fine. Also I've disconnected the battery again hoping that might reset something.

Any help is much appreciated!!!

Have you checked all of the connections behind the HU, you may have snaggfed a cable and pulled it from the pack of that button,
