Help Crossover Terminal Screws!

Hey I have JBL component speakers but the screws which connect all the wires to the crossovers are like little screws with square bits on them to keep the wire in however I have lost two of these and require replacements.

Any ideas?

Duct tape, cable ties, spit.

Solder the wires in place
