HELP ... Drivers side window wont close!

Basically I put my drivers side window down abit, then when I went to put it back it it just stopped working all together?

Checked all the fuses they are all fine
Tried to take the cover off to get to the wiring (but it seems impossible)

What could be the problem? something simple?
As I dont want to be paying out for no reason

maybe came of the runners? take your door card off and have a look , it may have popped out of the runners or the actual lift mechanism may have detached itself. happened to mine a while back

Regulator has gone? That happened to mine and I had to pull it back up with a rather loud embarrassing buzzing noise accompanying it

Before I check anything again, I can still operate the passengers side window from my side of the car so does that eliminate anything?

Eliminate the fuse I would assume. I believe they run the same fuse. Was one window motor faster/slower than another before this happened. If so id say it was the regulator.

if it stopped working asnd wouldnt go up then why didnt you raise it up off the drivers controls if they work? also it could just be something as simple as a faulty switch then if all the mechanisms are still working

Its drivers side window that wont go up, but I can still controll the passenger side from the same controll
What are people recommending I do?

I bet it's the window reg we sell hundreds of them for the Clio 2
