Help finding a Laptop crica £300

Right,

My girlfriend is looking for a laptop for Uni. She needs it mainly for notes/writing up reports things like that, so it needs office (I appreciate she may need to buy a laptop and MS Office Student separately)

We are looking to avoid the "netbook" crap, it needs to last her so a proper laptop only please

So the budget is for laptop alone for about £300, if it has MS Office in a bundle then great, if not, then not to worry at the moment.

We are looking at the moment, but I know there are quite a few of you who know their stuff on the subject so any help would be very much appreciated.
