Help formatting my Macbook

HI Guys,

Im trying to format my 13" Macbook. (its one of the new ones) its slow bloody slow just want to format and start again. it just keeps spitting out the cd upon start up! Any apps of ideas what well make me format it?

Try holding down 'c' after getting it to start up with the disc in.

all i get it an folder icon with a question mark flash up then it attempts to load os x up.

Sounds like your OS X dvd is damaged.

hmmm Im thinking it the dvd drive this is messed up i'll try an external drive
