HELP! Heaters staying on !

Help guys, i just lowerd my car, i turned my engine on and my heaters are staying on full out, ive tried to turn it off but it wownt, fuses are fine, what is this !

Heater resistor pack. Mine went last month. Do a search you should find info on where to locate it.
