Help identifying Cam

Hi guys I'm hoping someone might have an idea if this cam is standard or not?

Taken from a 172 Cup it's the exhaust cam. Pics are shocking but the writing on the cam runs around rather than along th length.

Numbers on the cam are F4rE 853 240 05.23 then 112315(6)c it's either a 5 or 6 difficult to tell.

I'm guessing 240 is the duration and 05.23 is the lift but have no idea what standard is!

Any help is appreciated.

@bloke any chance you can shed any light on this mate? I know the last pic is shocking but it's mainly to illustrate that the writing runs around the cam.

@Russ Rallye mate dont spose you know what the standard duration and lift of an exhaust can is do you?

Can check my spare set of standard cams if I have some lying around for numbers on them. Doubt 240 is the duration though, sure a standard exhaust cam is around 256 degrees.
