Help me fit my new springs!?

I've just taken delivery of some Apex 40mm springs for my 172 and wondered if some kind person would give me a hand fitting them!? I live in Surrey so someone but can't do it at my place as the gas company are digiing up my roasd at the moment and all three of my family's cars are on the drive!

I could take them to my mechanic but I'm willing to learn (and save some money!)

Any takers?
