HELP! My headunit wont open!

I have a Panasonic DEH-P80MP

Now i turned the car off and it usually ejects, but this time i was in a rush so push the open button.. it beeped twice and now it wont eject CD's no matter what, the front just wont open!!!

Has anyone got any advice on this, did i do something to it???

I dont think its broken cos i have put my ear to it and when you press it you dont hear motors move at al..

I have reset it and taken off the power cables.. but to no avail

PLEASE HELP!!! im going out of my nut.
