help needed form rs owners in bristol

hi guys right my headlights are not working first i thought it could be the bulbs but know iam not sure ive took the bulbs out but i cant figure out if they are blown ive swapped the charger packs round on each light and still they dont work so i was wondering if any 1 would like to meet up and try my charger pack on there headlamps to see if its a bulb problem or if its the ballast charger pack.

i was going to order the bulbs for 150 on the net but i dont wat to buy them and find out the orginal bulbs were fine and it was a ballist charger pack problem
