Help needed please. Blowing hot Air!!!

Hey guys! I'm new on here and I need help.
Today after getting soaked in the down Pore I put my heater on in the car to de mist the windows. Hot air was coming out so I turned it down to min an still..... HOT air was coming out. Even with air con on hot air came out!!
Basically no matter what setting I have the blowers on really hot air comes out.
I drive a clio sport 182 with the climate control.
If anyone knows what/why this is and could help I'd really appreciate it.
(I hope it's a cheap fix)

Lots of threads on this.
The motors don't bt clutch peddle. Take one off and look for a broken cog.

Wish mine was the cog in the footwell.
