i need help deciding on a few upgrades for a clio 172, havent got one yet but looking to buy over the next week or so but before i buy just a few questions

Clio 172

1. whats the best suspension kit for about £500-£600

2. whats the best brake kit for around £500

3. whats the best exhaust system for £400

4. what are the best tyres to use on a clio 172

All the standard stuff is really good. Also a lot chepaer then what you have quoted.
