should be able to get to them with a chubby screwdriver, if not, jack the car up, should give you more clearance, worse case sceneraia you gotta take wheels off, but should be easy really

Yeah I did mine with both wheels on. Didn't even need to jack it up, but as above it should help.

yeh it's just most o my tools hit the wheel so i cant get in about, so the mk2 ph1 bumper i've found 2 bolts underneath it, the 4 screws along the boot lid bit and there's one at each end of the plastic scuff pad bit.

any others?

and what about the big white boxes on the inside of the bumper? is the bumper hooked onto anything or is it all bolts?

will just be slide off job, wont be hooked onto anything.

possibly a cable running to a number plate light if theres one in there, other than that, nope

no idea i dont have one,

generally its bolts along the top by the tailgate

4 screws into the wheel arch

4-6 screws underneath the bumper and then itll just slide off.

on older cars they had 2 big bolts that went through the back panel into the bumper strengthener, but not on clios. so yea, just whip it off if you cant feel anymore bolts or screws

k thanks i'm outside just now with the laptop on wireless, i'm away to get a torch and have a lookie under the wheel arch

My mk2 ph2 had the following...
2 x bolts under the rear of the bumper securing it to the brackets.
2 x bolts (1 at either end) securing it inside the arch liner to side brackets.
2 x torx screws holding the top lip to the boot slam panel.
I think there was 2 (or 4) screws at either end securing the bumper lip to the arch liner.
Other than that just the n/plate cable.

Erm...Not sure but aren't the fixings different if you mean it's a bumper from a ph2?

lol just packing tools away gonna give it a bash tomorow! also getting my new lights tomoro from a 55 plate dynamique. the standard ones so that should be good when done!

im pretty sure you'll need a drill to drill new holes into your arch liner as the original holes dont line up

im guessing that it probably will be easier to drop the back wheels off

Don't forget to convert the wiring for the lights then ;) That aint a straight swap either!

infact someone on here told me to buy the new arch liners from the dynamique so i got a pair of them and screws from the breaker so it should be ok just to take off my arch liners that i have on just now and put on the new ones and the bumper should go on without drilling apart from the 4 screws along the boot lid yes?
