help needed

When i start my 16v up it souds like the exhaust has fallen off but its all fine under neath and when i stop i sounds buggered.

Could be one or more of the mounts or joints. My Mongoose system on the old Valver sounded terrible until I had it rehung and resealed - about £20. Give it a try!

The exhaust on the Valver rattled on idle and through til about 3000rpm. It just needed a new gasket between the downpipe and the manifold.
