  Fiesta ST
Hi Guys,

After being in the market for a new car for quite some time now, testing the Astra VXR, Corsa VXR, Focus ST, Golf GTi, and Clio 200

I've decided i liked the look and the over all driving experience of the Clio 200, the only gripe i really have is about over all aceleration/speed.. (Coming from a Fiesta ST and not wanting to be left feeling sluggish against its rivals again)

How does the Clio compare to its rivals? Its awfully hard to tell when comparing the turbo sensation over the N.A sensation the Clio gives.

I figure you've probably had this post a million and one times before, but before i take the plunge it's nice to know how it'll perform against its rivals (other than handling)

Thanks!

Hi daav, my daughter has a corsa vxr its quick in a straight line but they seem to have a lot of gearbox and engine problems, the 200 is quick but you have to drive them hard to achieve the same level of performance, both the golf and the focus are more expensive and heavier cars i think a late 197 with recaros and a cup chassis will make you smile :)

Thanks for the reply, Hasn't the 200 got slightly different Gear Ratios?
