Help needed

Hi. I need some help. Ive had my dash all out and plugs have been unplugged. I need it out to fit roll cage.
I have now put everything back together but car wont start now. It winds over really slow. Anyone any suggestions? Have i missed a plug somewhere?

i think this might have something to do with the immobiliser now as the light flashes fast?

new battery thats in. you dont hear the fuel pump aswell which makes me think its the immobiliser. anyone with any pointers?

I had the decoder ring connected but not round the barrel as i was just checking to see if it would start before putting stuff back in final place. I put ring over the barrel and it start first time no problem haha.
