Help?? No drive on my ph2 172

Hi guys, I'm in need of some help please.. Driving up a slight hill, and accelerated lightly in second gear, to a sudden a click noise and the result of no drive.. I thought it jumped out of gear but there was no drive in any gears, and no noises crunches or anything...:S Clutch pedal feels normal.. Selects all gears fine with no noises and speedo goes up.. Both shafts were brand new two months ago and appear to look fine. Any help/ideas would be appreciated??

It sounds like the Diff Clip has fell out, Passanger side has a big clip holding the diff into the housing its very common on the clios, a replacement kit it available from Renault

I'll pull the shaft out tomorrow and have a look..fingers crossed as I don't fancy taking the gear box off, it looks a nightmare with the subframe etc lol thanks for you're time Andy much appreciated

Could also be the sleeve on the driveshaft on the drivers side.

I had this issue yesterday I pulled the left shaft out an the circlip had snapped . £6.29 for the 2 from renault
