Help on 17"s

My clios sittin on 15"s at the moment ( 100+ ) theyr called i think.
Would i have to cut the arches to get 17"s on or would they fit nice ?
Got a clio Mk 1 N reg ( 95 ). Also lowered bout 60 mm i think

Will struggle without clio 16v front wings, also may struggle on the back if they are not the correct offset.
