that'll reduce quality by making the images smaller

its crap it dont do anything

i right click and go to resize and it dont resize the pic

are there any free paint programmes that do it?

i dont wana resize as such i wana take the quality down, as in make the file size smaller

it does do it! i've not used it in ages but that microsoft one does work
