The right side lower spring perch needs tightening, hold the big nut on top and there should be a lower nut under the rear beam to tighten.

You adjust the height on these simply by turning the round top hat clockwise or anti-clockwise.

Are these just the springs or a brand new coilover setup because they should be a adjusters that sit in the top of the spring I've removed mine to make it lower but fails MOT for being to low haha and no worries

Look at the spring on the far right it has a blue adjuster cup on which adjusts ride hight that's ok my coilovers anyways not sure if yours are the same

I’ve got the ump n dropped the whole rear to start again lol

Possibly yeah.

That's just a small grub screw to lock the height in place when you're happy with it.

Sorry just seen the pics they are totally different to mine not seen any like this sorry for false info lol try unscrew that Allen key then hopefully should turn

Yeah the bit that sits underneath the beam needed tightening up so that either side clamp to the beam.

It’s hitting the weld on the beam so not sitting square that’s why
