Help please just fitted omp wheel now traction control light on

Hi all i have just fitted my omp wheel and boss kit. my car is currently in my garage off the road. ive just tested it down the street and my traction control light keeps coming on . it goes out if i restart the car but if i put lock on the wheel parked up the ligh comes on again or if i drive it. when fitting the wheel i unplugged the air bag connection on the colum at the back and cut them off at the front were they go in to the old airbag. i understand that the airbag has 2 off thease and 1 is the cruise control. im just wondering if anything on the colum has anything to do with traction control thanks.

Its to do with the steering wheel angle sensor on the back. tried resetting mine but messed it up further and now my ABS light has come on also. Im just taking mine to a garage in case i mess it any more !
