my car whistles when i thrash it is this normal? u hear my engine roar then a whistle mixed in it sounds like my exhaust i think? thanx chris

My car whistles at 40 mph. It is the drivers side mirror.

Quite a few do it, I wouldn't worry too much.

Get it booked in if it's under warranty just for your piece of mind.

My car whistles too... does it kinda sound like a turbo???

I have a small hole in my exhaust,, which might be causing.. the other whistle would be the driver's wing mirror
