Help please

I've had windows 7 put on my laptop. Is there any way of not losing everything from the phone when I sync it?

I'm about to have the same problem. My PC Hard drive died yesterday, so am going to have to rebuild it. Not quite sure what will happen when i try and sync. Might just not bother.
