Help Rattling Noise

I have a 03 Clio. In the past two days the inside of my car has started rattling really loud when i accelerate and last night i realised what it was.

Where i has the multfunction thing is, where you can change song, radio station volume and stuff. The Volume up and Volume down things that you pull forward to adjust volume, thats whats rattling. Does anyone know the best way to solve this? They stoped when i held them but i want something i can put on them that you cant see form th front preferably.

I use it loads and love it so thats not gonna happen.

Remove the coveres and check its bolted in tightly.
