help someone in swansea needed to touch up scratches

as thread says im in need of someone who knows how to touch up scratches. needs to be done for FCS i can probably strech to cardiff - brecon - carmathen to meet.

are they scratches or scuffs mate? if scratches, how bad? id say im quite good at detailing cars. so depending on how bad they are, i dare say i could probily get most out if not through the paint. im in swansea also.

they are pretty deep.
heres a pic would be great if you could take a look cant really afford a respray right now so just want it covered for FCS
