HELP-Whats my blower problem?

sorry all

really struggling with this picture lark

My blower fan stopped & I cant work out why.
Fuses - near passenger door are ok
Fan is out & was tested at the scrappy today - OK
Voltmeter on the plug which powers it read 12.76V
What can be wrong?

I DONT want to know how you just did that.

As you can see - i got the fan out
A just seems to have a large heat sink on it
B ?
C?
D plug with 12.76V output
E Fan that does work when 12V put through it as a test!

When i plug D into E the fan wont work!

Whats my problem?

Right - I've got 12V at every point on every plug.
12v seems to be going to the fan
So supply of power doesnt seem to be my prob
But still the fan wont spin.

What am i missing?
is there a relay?
If so where?
