Help with 172 mk2 Shocks

Went to garage to change front and rear break to find out the rear near side shock absorber has exploded. Has anyone got a set for sale or any opinions on what to buy? I dont track and im not really interested in coilovers but any help would be grateful cheers JV.

either standard OE shocks or Koni yellows

I'd got for stock £50 each idealy chnage all 4 but minimum personaly is the on on the opposite side as well.
