help with an old laptop

i have been offered a fujitsu lifebook t 3010 reconditioned from my gf's work for £80. they are 1s where the screen swivels and can use them as a tablet as well.just wondered if any1 had any expereince with them? i know spec isnt that great 256mb ram i think but can be upgraded to 2gb. i only use it for word and browising internet and occasionally downloading things. just wondered if its worth bothering??
