Help with internet / firefox

Just recently been having problems loading internet screens / pages, pages are just blank sometimes if i press refresh screen the pages will appear but this will only work sometimes.

I havent downloaded anything recently and cant seem to understand why this is happening

Any help ?

Actually Virgin are good, it happens at times, some pages dont load ect, when did this start to happen? Try doing a system restore to before it started. Also do a virus scan just to be on the safe side. You may also want to try clearing your cookies and cache, this sometimes helps to clear any corrupted internet files and data.
