help with new door builds

ne 1 know how to make them i would like to have a go my self i can get fiberglass and mdf just wanted to know how to do it ne 1 know can give me a guide ???

its for a 5 dr clio as i was to put components in the rear as well and take out my 6x9s



and also have bigger speakers in front

you have to make a template out of MDF first in the shape you want the built. Stick several layers of mdf together with some wood glue. you have to use a lot cos MDF really soaks it up. take the time to get your template really smooth use a sander if you can else do it by hand. You will need loads of sand paper. The cover the whole thing with strips of fibre glass till its a couple of mm thick and that should do it. Its really hard to work out how to fix it in the car which is why its better to modify the existing door builds than make new ones. I have found that the Max power ice book is quite infomative and by flicking throiugh one at my local Halfords picked up a few tricks. Go and buy one they are about £15.
