Help with solenoid

Any one fiited a soleniod to there boot? Im flushing off my boot and will need to install one, I curently have one and have tried to fit but have failed. I have strugled with the wireing and find a place to fit the solenoid to the boot. Any help will be very greatfull. Or even if your free to install would be lovley (lives in hillindon london) lol

I'm sure Max Power did a modding Haynes manual that shows how to fit the solenoid and most importantly how to wire it up correctly. They can be had from Ebay for £5 or less.

If you're unsure how to wire a simple circuit like this though I'd recommend you don't attempt it as vehicle fires start easily.
