HELP

My car is a 99 1.4, i have put a new filter on, and also a backbox, and now it seems to be supping petrol like f**k, its doin 50miles less to a full tank, n now my m8s have said they smelt petrol other day from inside, my dad says he thinks the choke is on constanty, what could it be? does it need fine tuning? who do i go 2 for help? i live in wigan

50 miles to a tank!!!!! F*cking hell mate...... I am not machanic but surely no car should have such sh*te MPG unless its pis*ing out the tank... sorry i dont have a cure for it mate.....

Take it to renault get them to put it on the diagnostic machine but tell them to ring you with the price to fix it dont authorise the repair and take it somewhere cheap to repair it.

Oh yeh.... sorry mate. I thought i must have read it wrong. I thought you meant 50 miles or less to a tank. Still 50 mile less isnt too good though i would have thought. No idea though...
