where abouts can i get cheap and happy coilovers for a mk3 clio? since the only ones i can find are like 500/600 pound!

£500 are cheap coilovers.

Look for some second hand ones..

Cheap and coilovbers should never be used in the same sentance.
If you think abou ti your standard suspension if it were an aftermarket stuff would probably be £500 with all the R and D renault do and the cost to make them etc. The reason its not that much is becuase Renault make loads of sets vs other suspenion makers so the normal renault prices are cheap
