hesitancy on startup and acceleration

Just recently i've noticed that the cars been slightly hesitant once warm to start up again. It's like the starter does one revolution, starts another then it starts. When cold it starts first time no problems or hesitancy.

Also, just driving now with the car fully warmed up it kind of felt like it was struggling in 2nd to pull, but once obviously higher revs it was fine.
Just felt i had more grunt before? My decat is hanging slightly and blowing, so could this be from that?

I presume the hesitancy issue is a crankshaft sensor?

Mine used to hesitate under acceleration, a little like a misfire but not a missfire. I changed the pre-cat lambda and solved it.
