Hesitation after fitting decat pipe

As the title says, my 2002 Clio Sport 172 seems to hesitate/misfire ever since fitting a decat pipe. I have code read it and getting a df057 - upstream o2 sensor. Do you think it requires a lambda spacer fitting? Thanks

Mine had a flat spot when I fitted a decat pipe, fine now it’s been mapped

upstream is precat, don't fit a spacer/cheater to it. clear adaptions and give it about 30 miles or so and see how it is then.
