Hesitation when cold

I have found that our clio 1.2 is very hesitant when cold, or has been left for a couple of days. It is fine when warmed up after say 5 miniutes driving.

Wgat will happens is you will be driving along, and then all of a sudden the car will spring it life, or just lack power for a few seconds when pulling away then will go fine. Once the engine is warm then it's fine, the car always starts first trun of the key also.

I have changed out the coil pack and spark plugs to fix a rough idle so can rule those to out.

Could it be a sensor?

Think it's jsut natural mate, my 182 does it, if i'm really late for work and can't give it a few minutes to warm up then I drive it cold at low revs, when you take the foot of accelerator it slows down very quick and is quite jerky

my 172 does it. its annoying, but i live with it.

can be due to Lambda Sensor i belive

Aparently getting your car remapped will help with this or so ive been told. Worth a shot if your looking to do something about helping it i guess

mine does the same, just because its cold
