Afternoon,I'm looking to replace my Mini Cooper S (bought on a monumentally stupid finance deal) with a Renaultsport Clio. Budget is a bit limited - £3K max. Although I love my Clio, I knew before I bought it that I was going to spend £20+ on it and turn it into a track-car, I would've thought for your budget that keeping the Cooper S would be a better long term idea as it would probably be in better condition and better built. My wife used to have a Cooper S Works and it was a fantastic little car, I personally would keep the Mini.
