Hi, finally getting one!

Hi everyone,

After wanting a RS Clio ever since the mark 1 172 and wanting a valver and Williams before that but never getting one, last weekend I finally signed for a 182 in racing blue (no, honest!) Ive got to wait until June though so the wait begins.

Ive been following the forum for a while now and learned alot and coz you seem like a friendly bunch, I thought Id join in, so hello everyone from sunny Blackpool!

Yep, both cup packs, worth the suspension pack for the alloys alone. The front splitter looks cool too.

Test drove one couple of weeks ago with sales man and girlf in back - had to get past 5k RPM to see what it was like! Didnt go down that well....

did you get offered the recaro option? the cup-packs are essential IMO I test drove one and it felt a lot better than mine.Just in time for summer too....*dreams*

Yes, I asked about the Recaro option, but whilst the dealer knew about them, hed not seen em. The standard seats are pretty good anyway so decided to stick with them, though the Recaros do look cool.

Agree on the cup packs - asked dealer if they sell many without and he said about 80:20 with/without.

Ive also spent AYYYGES trying to decide on colour until the first time I saw the racing blue couple of weeks ago - I had to have it!

One day I will have my inferno 182 (although Id be seriously tempted by racing blue)

Im sure youll be able to park yours straighter than 182_blue <runs away>

thats a great pic 182_blue - I saw an inferno on Saturday too but stuck with the Racing blue after also wanting one in black gold, then arctic blue but when I saw racing blue in the flesh my mind was made up.

yes they are great especially in racing blue...

mine is in for warranty work so hopefully your 182 may be fault free.. i do hope so for yuor sake as it drives me mad.
