Hi,

I picked up my '02 172 today

I looked for a long time for a replacement for my Corsa 1.6 Sport with engine/ecu mods. Everything I drove in the age range and price range I could afford felt slow and horrible. I was almost ready to go finance a new ST150 but found the172.

After covering some 250+ miles :race: I am glad I didn't

Nice choice. I'm after doing exactly the same as you. I've still got my 1.6 sport Corsa b at mo, been a dependable great little car but once it's gone it's 172 time I think!

I know what you mean, I felt like I would never find a worthy replacement. The corsa sport hauls ass once its been sorted, but not as much as the 172 standard!
