Hid conversion kit problems

Hi

I've just installed and hid kit on my 172 cup. Things were going okay until I switched them and put them back on again. One came back on and the other was out. Did the same thing again then they did the opposite. Then i did the same thing again and they both stayed out. Now only one is working.
Help please as they awesome when they are working and I don't really want to take them out.

Best get a multimeter on them and see what powers going to what, are they wired in series or individual?
