HID help

hi all
i have a 172 cup phaze 2, and i have bought some hid's and i carnt seem to get the bulbs to stay :S they just fall straight back out i was wondering how you guys have over come this???

they go in the same as the standard ones

push and twist in then they lock in place

i bought a set off here that wouldnt fit though even though they are the correct ones

just wouldnt sit in place

yeh that is the same problem i am having the drivers side will sit in fine but not the passanger side but if thats the way i will have another go thank
