HID making a wierd noise...

I've just fitted my hid's on my Clio... One of them is making a really high pitched humming sort of noise, but it's not coming from the bulb, it's coming from the actual ballast... Has anyone had this before? They're brand new, are they about to break?

Normal AFAIK. You'll probably find the other one buzzes a bit too.
